The staff were lovely, the original room we had was a bit claustrophobic (on the top floor) but the receptionist lady (we never got her name) was very accomodating and moved our room without hesitation. The room was very clean and modern. Our booking included spa access which was incredible, there is a pool and many sauna rooms, massages are also affordable and the spa staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel is about 10mins walk to town centre which we did not mind, there is parking right outside the hotel. The breakfast was buffet and had more options than we could eat. Overall would highly recommend.

If one asks in advance there are apartments that accept pets. Spa is clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

The building itself had a hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, and salt room. It was a very comfortable stay. And the welcome I received upon arrival was great. The owners were very nice and helpful. The accommodation is very clean, the bed is confortable with nice linen, and kitchen well equiped with everything we needed to cook a meal. It's not at the city center but is very near, and it was what we were looking for. There was a storm and all roads were full of snow. As the accommodation is near the road, this wasn't a problem.
