We have a SPA with three different saunas and an outdoor swimming pool that is heated all year. You can also book various SPA treatments in the SPA. Fees apply for both entrance to the SPA and for treatments. Children from 4 year are welcome in the SPA selected hours. Active guests will enjoy the free on site gym. I travelled from abroad to attend a wedding and had such a wonderful experience at Fågelbrohus. Alma at the front desk was incredibly kind and super helpful, answering all my questions about check-in, arranging the taxi, and more. The restaurant staff were equally warm and welcoming. Truly outstanding service. I would happily recommend it 10/10!

The cabin is one of three properties offered at this location and backs on to the patio area of the villa. The location is very quiet, tucked away towards the end of a private road within a wooded area and near to a lake for swimming. The small pool on site is clean, warm and well maintained. The cabin is small but well equipped with an outside space where we enjoyed breakfast each day. It is a beautiful area, very quiet and very relaxing.

Fantastic environment for relaxation. We really enjoyed the spa facilities as well as lunch which we had booked separately. We made good use of the other facilities during our stay such as pool table, room to play board games, outdoor seating areas etc. I think there were bikes available but we didn't use them.

It is exactly what you would expect: a getaway on a remote island. The cabins are not luxury, but they are clean and have everything you need. In the main space, there's a communal kitchen, a small shop for ice cream and coffee, and good breakfast available. It's a short walk to the jetty, where you can also swim into the sea. We walked back to this place right after a swim - 5 minutes! We also chilled out in the lounge a few times. You can rent bikes. All of this made it extremely easy to enjoy the time there!

Excellent location on a little island with historic castle, museum, armaments, wildlife and great views. Lots to explore and enjoy around the castle grounds. Spacious comfortabe rooms. Old world atmosphere and aromas. Fantastic breakfast which included lovely freshly baked breads.

Very kind and helpful staff. They had no issues with us doing a late check. The breakfast was delicious and well-rounded. Our room and bathroom were extremely clean, as was the entire hotel. Our room had a beautiful view outdoors. The spa was quite convenient and quiet. Overall, we had a great time. Above expectations!
