Per and Maria organised the cabin in the sweetest way. They also took great care of us, they are truly welcoming. For instance they alerted us of ice on the road while we were on our way. The place also feels very safe given that it’s close to their house. We didn’t try the sauna unfortunately.

Within 5 minutes’ walk of Växjö Station and the main street, Storgatan, this family-run property offers good-value accommodation and a dining room with microwave and refrigerator. Lovely staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds (premium double room), great breakfast, cosy and well maintained spa and pool area. Only 150 SEK/person for 1½ hour without food, drinks and spa products. Remember to book. Free parking in backyard if available (no reservation). Walking distance of restaurants, shopping, parks and lakes. Overall great value for money.

This eco-friendly hotel, about 400 metres from Västervik Central Station, is located on the waterfront. We really found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful and most especially Isabella and Helena. They were both wonderful and made our stay even better.

This design hotel features the prize-winning gourmet restaurant PM & Vänner, which serves a mix of modern and traditional, locally produced food from the Småland region. This is a superb hotel in all respects. Outstanding room, brilliant resturant/ food and bar and friendly helpful staff. Top notch.

This beachside resort is 2 km from central Västervik. It offers a water park and modern cottages with fully equipped kitchens, free WiFi and furnished patios. Well equipped kitchen. Nice heated on arrival

This early 1800s castle is 10 minutes’ drive from Västervik. It offers fine dining, spa access at an extra cost and a private beach. All rooms include free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Excellent location, nearby Västervik. Room with all what you need and seaview. Great wellness with swimmingpools and hottubs. Great floating sauna on the water and even indoor. Friendly reception and possibility to borrow bikes for free.
