From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this hotel stands out. Located just a few minutes from Västervik Centrum, it boasts an unbeatable convenience. The staff truly is exceptional – attentive, friendly, and always eager to assist. Each meal was a delightful experience, with delicious food that exceeded our expectations. After a long day of exploring, sinking into the hotel’s comfortable bed felt like a luxury. But the cherry on top has to be the breathtaking view overlooking the Baltic Sea, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop that’s hard to put into words. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Per and Maria organised the cabin in the sweetest way. They also took great care of us, they are truly welcoming. For instance they alerted us of ice on the road while we were on our way. The place also feels very safe given that it’s close to their house. We didn’t try the sauna unfortunately.

Within 5 minutes’ walk of Växjö Station and the main street, Storgatan, this family-run property offers good-value accommodation and a dining room with microwave and refrigerator. The fact that the hotel had a heated pool and a sauna was the primary reason we chose this hotel. We were extremely happy with the choice, we could even park the 3 motorbikes in the private area and head out for drinks in the evening.

This eco-friendly hotel, about 400 metres from Västervik Central Station, is located on the waterfront. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

This design hotel features the prize-winning gourmet restaurant PM & Vänner, which serves a mix of modern and traditional, locally produced food from the Småland region. Great sauna and two pools. The heated one was very lovely with small kids and big thanks to the hotel warming it for us. Breakfast and all the small details were amazing! Rooms really spacious and stylish!

This beachside resort is 2 km from central Västervik. It offers a water park and modern cottages with fully equipped kitchens, free WiFi and furnished patios. Beautifully located. Nice little cottage equipped with everything we needed. Loved wild swimming in the lake. Amazing.

This early 1800s castle is 10 minutes’ drive from Västervik. It offers fine dining, spa access at an extra cost and a private beach. All rooms include free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Excellent location, nearby Västervik. Room with all what you need and seaview. Great wellness with swimmingpools and hottubs. Great floating sauna on the water and even indoor. Friendly reception and possibility to borrow bikes for free.

Located by Lake Vidöstern in the Småland countryside, this 19th-century manor offers classic Swedish and international food. Wi-Fi is free, and all rooms have an LED TV and private bathroom. Great location on a lake with a lot of history preserved and an excelent restaurant.
