We found the Dutch owners very hospitable and going out of their way to please guests. Atmosphere as well as food (we had moose stew...) were very good, rooms clean and comfortable. The property is in the perfect location when staying in Sweden's sunny city! We stayed in the double room with lake view. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and had a luxurious feel to it. The view of the river Klarälven was stunning. The buffet breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from! It is central and close to most of the attractions in Karlstad! I highly recommend this hotel.
