The staff are very friendly, always sharing koi pellets to my kids for their feeding. Our room has a great view of the pool. We jumped straight to the pool every morning after breakfast. The buffet was very good too. I asked my kids their happiest moment in Singapore, and they said it was the stay at Shangri-la. Will definitely come back in the future!

The 5-star Pan Pacific Singapore is directly connected to Marina Square Mall and Suntec Convention Centre. I had a convention at suntec and the hotel is conveniently located across it. There is a bridgeway connecting the hotel to the convention center. Room was spacious. Staff were the best! From the gentlemen at the entrance who helped us with transportion, reception, housekeeping. They were awesome.
