The check in was smooth and they gave us the room earlier than expected staff were very professional and helpful. Also we got the parking complimentary as i think ut should be when booking a 4 star hotel. Ut was a really good stay we enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

We tried the spa, including the massage - the lady doing the massage is wonderful and so good!
