The hosts are very friendly and full of good advice on what to visit in the area. The breakfasts are excellent, with homemade ingredients (homemade cheese, salami, prosciutto, jams, bread), and to top it all off, the accommodation also has a small wellness area with an excellent sauna and outdoor pool. The location itself is also fantastic for trips to the surrounding area, whether it's the Soča Valley, Italy with Trieste and Venice, or the Slovenian coast and Istria in Croatia. Ljubljana is also only an hour away by car. An ideal place to relax and enjoy good food and wine. I highly recommend it!

It’s a perfect retreat. This was the last stop of our holiday so we thought we’d treat ourselves (three-year-old son in tow) and we’re so glad we did. The view from the mezzanine is quite simply stunning and the site is wonderfully peaceful. Jaka and his family are wonderful hosts and cooked us delicious breakfasts and dinners every day, which was welcome both to ease our weary bodies and because of how remote the site is. Even so, it still only took us an hour to get back to the airport.

The apartment was very nice, with a terrace overlooking the vineyards. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the sauna. There is also a pool, but we visited in May, so the weather was not warm enough to try it out. Great breakfast served by the owner. We felt like at home, she made sure we had everything we needed. She also showed us the vine cellar and the vineyard. Overall a great experience. I wish we could have stayed longer.
