The accommodation is new and furnished with high-quality materials. Perhaps a few minor details are still missing, but I believe they will take care of that as well. The hosts are very friendly and full of good advice on what to visit in the area. The breakfasts are excellent, with homemade ingredients (homemade cheese, salami, prosciutto, jams, bread), and to top it all off, the accommodation also has a small wellness area with an excellent sauna and outdoor pool. The location itself is also fantastic for trips to the surrounding area, whether it's the Soča Valley, Italy with Trieste and Venice, or the Slovenian coast and Istria in Croatia. Ljubljana is also only an hour away by car. An ideal place to relax and enjoy good food and wine. I highly recommend it!

HOTEL StDaniel features a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a bar and shared lounge in Štanjel. The property offers car hire and features a garden and terrace. St.Daniel is a wonderful biohotel with great character and heart. Amazing atmosphere, beautifully decorated, incredible hosts, wonderful staff, outstanding gastronomy with local ingredients only. A magic place. It is a very special experience to have a great memory of Slovenia. There is nothing not to like. I would repeat St.Daniel without a doubt. Totally recommended for anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience. Thanks so much!

This private house near Nova Gorica is surrounded by greenery and includes a large garden with a seasonal swimming pool. The owners have their own winery and serve homemade products for breakfast. Clean modern and exceptionally well run. The swimming pool was a real bonus. Room had a balcony on two sides with great views over the valley

Nestled in a nice spot on the Carso mountain, not far from Trieste, it offers an outdoor swimming pool, not very large in side, still very pleasant. I did not try the spa, but the impression of relax and tranquillity was already achieved. The real strength of the hotel is the fine resturant. About my room I liked the bathroom. Staff smiling and helpful. Italian and English spoken. Breakfast with both large choice and top quality products, just a pity I could not fully enjoy after the gargantuesque dinner the evening before.

We had a wonderful stay here! Jaka is an excellent host, very attentive to details, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for guests. The place is beautifully designed, and you can tell it’s new and well-maintained. The sauna is a great addition—perfect for relaxation—and the breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. I highly recommend Zarja Glamping and would definitely return

We loved everything, from the delicious breakfast and stunning views to the unforgettable summer sunsets.
