Wonderful Maja at the reception always makes you feel welcome and perfectly treated. Reception staff provide just perfect treat and service every time we visit, so that is why we always return to this very hotel when we are in Ljubljana.

The room was very big with 3 beds and very clean . Bathroom was very nice shower and toilet were separate. The breakfast was very nice and there were a lot of varieties. Check in and check out was quick. Service superb.

Located just steps away from the central Prešern Square and Tromostovje in Ljubljana, Grand Hotel Union Eurostars offers accommodation in a historical Art Nouveau building. Great location, spacious room, clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the house is in a very peaceful environment, we particularly liked that the terrace had a gate which is great for dog owners. The hosts were lovely, and the house was very cozy and clean. The property is a short walk way from the city - though the walk back is a bit uphill.

I can’t remember when was the last time I was satisfied with my accommodation and service as much as I were with this place. There was not single person in the staff that I found even slightly impolite, everyone was always on their best and happy to help. Room was very comfortable with a great, big bed, perfectly clean. Their breakfast is phenomenal and so is the rest of the food that we have had there. Slovenian beer and wine selection if huge, and nicely chosen, if I might add. Small, presents every day were a really nice touch, and a toy dragon that I daughter got was an exceptional move. I will definitively be back!

The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped, and a cozy little terrace was nice. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and not too busy. And everything is pretty much in walkable distance. Also the host was very friendly and helpful even before we arrived.
