Exceptional service, even compared to previous other 5 star stays. Staff went above and beyond, so welcoming and efficient. Our first visit to Slovenia and they took care of EVERYTHING - airport transfers, local tours, dinner reservations. Communication was spot on even months before arrival, answering all of my questions and addressing various requests. Food was top notch, both breakfast and dinner, served by knowledgeable staff who ensured dishes were modified according to my dietary restrictions - I never had to worry. It was hard to leave!

Enjoying a quiet location 3 km from the centre of Ljubljana, Vila Minka is a family-run ApartHotel set close to the A2 motorway. I was preparing breakfasts myself. Due to the well equipped kitchen annex in my room and well-supplied supermarket just 400 meters from the place it was very easy. The hotel is located in a quiet cosy villa quarter of Ljubljana. However, walking distance to the center is 40 mins and by bus it takes less than 10 mins. You only have to buy Urbana card which you can buy in the mentioned supermarket. You cannot pay cash in busses. So, despite it is not located in the center the location is very good. The hotel is very well suited for people who want to relax in a cosy place and still be able to socialize (not too heavily ;-) ) in the center. The managing lady is very helpfull and friendly. Room and the whole object was clean and comfortable.

The owner waited for us to give us a key despite arriving very late at night. We could stay until noon, the sauna was super nice treat and overall the apartment was very clean and cozy.
