The place seems completely new or very well maintained. It was presented in a very beautiful way, and the host was willing to accomodate our needs and wishes regarding the bed setup. We really liked how spacious it was, how beautiful the surrounding area was, and the facilities of the apartment (sauna, nice kitchen). The sauna is great, if a bit small, and has interesting features like playing music inside, as well as adjustable lighting. The place also smelled really nice, and it was clear that the bedding has been replaced with appropriate care. This was an experience comparable to a nice hotel.

The accomodations are nice and cleans, as well as the toilets. There is also a large gym for you to use, and the common area is enormous. I stayed there for a week and felt at home. Note- You make your own food. The place supplies many ingredients that you can pay for if you want (8 euros for meal, totally worth it).

Residence services were great, offering you multiple options to spend time with your kids without getting bored at anytime. Location, outside of major city centers, was deep into the green Slovenian country side, offering pure nature touch and atmosphere. Reception was always ready to support us, timely manner even with small apartment inconvenient. Will definitely come back here !

Exceptional staff in all areas, so friendly and always trying to help. We went to Hotel Grof to ride bikes and the riding is lovely and varied, bike storage and transport is perfect, fantastic easy to follow routes, minimal traffic. Cycling clothes washing done efficiently and free of charge. We felt really welcomed and valued, highly recommend. We have special dietary requirements and the staff always tried to help accommodate them.
