Other facilities like a lobby bar, wellness area with saunas, billiards, a table tennis and ski bus. Lovely view of mountains. The apartment was a bit old but had everything we needed. The breakfast was downstairs at the hotel and we had an evening meal included in the price which was lovely too. It was close to everything.

Free access for 1 hour to the wellness centre is available and guests can relax in a sauna, steam room or a hot tub. They can also admire a stunning view of the Velicky Valley from the spacious summer terrace. A magical stay surrounded by mountains, forests, a lake and a stream. We enjoyed the view from the window and the spa in every weather. At least 4 different nature trails start from the hotel door and they're all nice. Instead of googling "Tatras best hikes", just start walking in any direction from Velické Pleso and you won't regret it. Generous buffet at breakfast and dinner and delicious food and drinks for lunch. If you read negative reviews about the "tourist restaurant", note that that's the backpackers hut. The hotel restaurant is only available to hotel guests and the lunch options are delicious. We were told you can also ask for packed lunch for the hike, but it wasn't possible because we hadn't ordered it in advance. A free-of-charge spacious private spa by reservation with saunas and a beautiful view. You can send your luggage from their lower parking lot at the Tatranská Polianka railway station by their van and hike to the hotel. You can even leave it in a storage unit for them to pick up, you just need to coordinate in advance.

Excellent breakfast, tasty and fairly priced meals at the restaurant. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and an amazing wellness area with saunas and jacuzzis. Everything was just perfect – we didn’t want to leave!

The staff were friendly and the best part of the stay was the outstanding spa! 10 stars for the spa!! I will definitely visit again.

The spa centre includes a hot tub, an infrared cabin, a Finnish sauna and massage showers. All facilities are at an additional charge. Reservation of the wellness is requiered at the reception, after the check-in. It is difficult to speak about location in a village so small, nevertheless, this one has it the best - just a few steps from the train station, the supermarket and nearly all the restaurants. The suite is very comfortable in every aspect. There's a large wardrobe where one can dry their garments, which must be especially useful for skiing. There's also a kitchenette if you don't feel for a dinner in a restaurant. Beds are extremely comfy with a set of pillows of every size and softness. Very diverse and nutritious breakfasts. Ventilation in the bathroom and in the toilet is very efficient, humidity has no chance.
