It was the best accommodation in our Thailand trip. The hotel is at the old town city center. Everywhere is walkable distance. The breakfast was amazing, lots of variety and yummy food. The room was very clean and comfy. I really liked the atmosphere in the common area with the plants around the pool, calming music, little colorful decorations. But my favorite is definitely the staff. They were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. Oh and there is even a massage salon with very decent prices. We had massage there with my friend and it was the best among all the massages we had during our trip. If I come back to Chiang Mai, I will definitely stay here again.

We just spent two nights at The Old City Rooms in the heart of Chiang Mai, and we couldn't have been happier with this place. The room was very comfortable and clean providing a perfect retreat after exploring the city. The staff was really helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Chiang Mai's Old City, everything is within easy walking distance. A huge bonus was the on site spa. It's incredibly well equipped with two ice baths, one magnesium hot bath, one steam room, one Finnish sauna, and one infrared sauna. It was the ideal way to relax and rejuvenate after a day of sightseeing. We will definitely coming back !

The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location is great and the staff are amazing. They really do go the extra mile. We were lucky enough to have been given a free room upgrade, a whole load of fresh fruit on our arrival, AND even came home one night to find a goodie bag filled with snacks and drinks for us. This was likely because we messaged to ask if there were any vegan food options, there wasn't, and that was fine, we were happy to eat out and were certainly not expecting this. I have stayed in hundreds if not thousands of hotels and have never had such amazing service. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to others!!!!
