The Twenty Lodge is located in the heart of Chiang Mai’s Old City. Offering well-appointed rooms in a quiet residential area, it also has an outdoor pool and 24-hour reception. Being in an old converted Thai house was lovely. The garden was an oasis. Breakfast was just perfect.

Rooms are new, clean and comfortable and the facilities are well maintained, including the pool and the gym. Staff are quite helpful to the extent they can and when asked - we had a cable issue but was fixed eventually with help with staff. Breakfast are great with decent amount of options and not too overwelming. I much enjoyed chilling alongside the pool or balcony outside the room. Location is pretty good as well. Some airplane noise but not too bad personally. Close to nature and just a grab away from most downtown stuff.

Located 18 min walk from Tha Phae gate and right next to the night bazaar, the property was an ideal location to enjoy Chiang Mai and it’s night life. The staff were incredibly kind and allowed us to store our bags the whole day after we checked out and helped us get a private driver to see elephants. We stayed during Loy Krathong/Yee Ping and there were many events in the area for the festival.

The most friendly staff! Even the cleaners make a point to greet you. Office staff are more than happy to help with anything at all. Our room was upgraded free of charge and even a large bag of gifts received on arrival! I used the facilities daily, the gym,pool and steam room it was never crowded. Couldn’t have asked for more from this property, all photos on website are true.

Located inside old city just behind main temple wat Phra Singh, but an oasis of quiet and comfort. Well-maintained, beautiful Thai style rooms with balcony. Pool, fitness, free daily tea time. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Situated in Chiang Mai, 3.1 km from Chiang Mai 700th Anniversary Stadium, Raya Heritage features rooms with garden views and free WiFi. Everything. This was an exceptional stay at a beautiful hotel that goes above and beyond to make your stay special. Staff were all welcoming, smiling, happy to help and gracious. Special thanks to "Lala" who was welcoming during our late check in. The spa experience was nice and professional. Internet speeds were acceptable. Room design was exceptionally unique, we loved the Lanna inspired theme. Restaurant (and room service) were very tasty with wide variety of options. 10/10 would recommend.
