The room, the beach, the pool… the bed was I think the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, the bathroom was amazing, wide, clean and practical. The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and all spoke very good English. The beach is really good too. At first I was scared because they warned us there might be jellyfish but we didn’t see any and everyone else was also enjoying the ocean, so I don’t think it’s common. The sunbeds get busy during the day but we always managed to find one. There are really nice restaurants/bars and massage places on the beach too next to the hotel. There is happy hours during the day at the pool bar and you get 1+1 on the drinks! The breakfast was good with selections wide enough. We haven’t tried the hotel’s restaurant but ordered room service once and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a top resort experience and we definitely want to come back.

Really beautiful setting. The beach is gorgeous. The room was really beautiful- we stayed in the swimming pool access room which was great and had access to the pool bar 😎 The staff were really great and very attentive. The breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. The lunch and dinners were also very nice. We had massages which were very good and I had a facial which left my skin silky smooth 😄

The hotel, the amenities and really all the staff of the hotel from each staff department without exception, we felt like in family! Everything was perfect and all the team also from the restaurant ! Especially in the Japanese Restaurant Man and Techin with who we had a great moment !!! Thank to the Marriott we did many five star but this one is really the best one we had our best vacation ever !!!

You can play billiards at this 5-star hotel. In all my years in Thailand this is the absolute best hotel I can recommend. This is a true 5 star hotel. The staff is outstanding and the service is exceptional. The breakfast is perfect with everything you could need, and so is the service. Unfortunately only stayed one night this time but will be back soon.

Guests can make use of the business centre or relax in the bar. This is my second visit to Avani + Khao Lak two years in a row. This is now my therapeutic retreat for me and my family. My kids are so in love with the place especially the kids club. I was so happy to see that most of the staff that I met last year are still at the resort and working tirelessly to keep up with all their guests’ requests. Please keep up this great work you’re all doing and I’ happy this year I was lucky to enjoy a less rainy weather and swam at the beach most of my stay.

For guests' convenience, there is a 24-hour front desk available at the property. This is one of the best value resorts I have stayed in. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are very practical for travelling with a baby. The all inclusive package was incredible value for money. We will definitely be coming back. We were particularly appreciative of Ae and Oilly extra efforts to entertain our 6 month old baby while we were eating meals.

Every day is an experience at The Sarojin, where staff can easily arrange Thai cooking classes or private boat charters to visit nearby islands. Amazing ambience. Such peace. Great food at the Beachfront restaurant. Loved the Fixed menu sample options. The bathroom was amazing. Service again was so good. Everyone was very hospitable and nice. They was all very proactive. I liked how the owners have names the cottages with the names of the people who helped build them. Loved the cool towel each time we came back tired. And loved the flowers and room arrangements. It was a very relaxed and comfortable stay.
