The staff were very hospitable and lovely. They were accommodating to our requests and replied our messages promptly. They were very generous in giving additional snacks for our kids. They were truly a pleasure to work with. Our room was extremely comfortable, very spacious and peaceful. It came complete with a campfire site where we could toast marshmallows, preferrably at night and they were provided free of charge by the hotel. Great selection of choices for room service and breakfast. Many activities for the kids, and they were reasonably priced - such as baking cookies and clay painting which were done in your unit. They also provide ATV rides which were near the glampsite. There was adequate privacy. Views here were spectacular. We have recommended this place to many friends and family already and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will return to this place.

The staff has upgraded our rooms. Therefore the room is spacious and clean. Very beautiful garden, makes you feel very relaxed and refreshed. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

Since we are vegetarians, we requested for some dish to be made for us without any meat or egg. The 2 dishes that the chef prepared were the best dishes that we had in Thailand. Apart from the food, the resort is beautifully built with inspiration from British architecture. We took many photos of the properties and in particular the ponds with the fishes. They also play a movie in the open air with free popcorn - our memorable 2 days in Khao Yai!

This place is absolutely amazing. One of the most beautiful resorts I have ever been! The location is fantastic, the view from the room was lovely. The villas are huge and the furniture very comfortable and elaborate. The decoration was beautiful, very tasteful. Loved the private pool. The restaurants in the resort (visited the Thai and the Japanese) are world class.
