Upgrade was very kind and much appreciated. Staff was excellent. Room was outstanding. Exceeded our expectations. We would have booked another night but we guessed the resort would be very busy and the special deal we received on a week night would not be extended again for a weekend night.

A very beautiful hotel with a picturesque area, a fascinating waterfall, a lake, and lots of flowers. We enjoyed the walks and meditation on the waterfall. When you enter, you feel like you're in a French castle. The room with a view of the lake is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you need - a kettle, coffee machine, robes, slippers, towels, a refrigerator with drinks. At our request, they brought us an iron and ironing board to iron our clothes. Delicious, varied breakfasts in a large restaurant overlooking the garden.

The staff were outstanding, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and comfortable.

The Family Suite is amazing, feels like a large apartment with kitchen/dining area, living room, a total of 3 large Smart TVs, 4 showers, 4 toilets, 4 bathroom sinks, a master bedroom with king bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and 3 bunk beds. So the suite can sleep 7 people, though we stayed there in family of 4 people. Would be ideal with 5 kids (children, friends) and 2 adults. Breakfast Included was also delicious with choice of one a la carte dish, plus buffet of toast, coffee, cereal, juice, fruit, Thai desserts and fried dough. Large convenient parking space in back of hotel. Friendly, professional staff.
