And the staff of house keeping they were amazing. Their warmth really made my experience special. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket

The hotel also provides a well-equipped gym. Great staff, always willing to help. The pool and the view from the rooftop is incredible. The breakfast is also very good. The gym is well equipped.

We loved everything, it was elegant, magical and top notched at all levels: our room was immaculate, the beds were super comfortable, food was exquisite, the pools amazing, the beach was great ( we received complimentary snorkeling equipment) the staff were always smiling and ready to help. The lady Phew at the concierge was brilliant and super professional taking care of the organisation of the «  Siam Niramit » exotic and perfect Thai show for us with attention to our transfer and reservation. I am very grateful for the superb service we received from her and all the lovely staff at the Merlin Marriott. I promise myself to come back to this paradise!
