Vegetarian and vegan options can also be requested. Absolutely everything. The gym has plenty of group classes, HIIT is extremely challenging and the triador Mary is encouraging. The staff are super professional and friendly. The restaurants are a bit pricey but it's worth it, the food is great. The clinic has several offers of consultation and exams, very good and at affordable prices.

The grounds are decorated with so many great areas to chill and the long pool with the gold temple is breathtaking at night! The whole place lights up at night! It was like a Thai Dream!! We loved our room which was like a palace with a gorgeous garden you walk through to get to your door, and the facilities were fantastic. I had read reviews saying they are a bit dated, but we definitely didn’t see anything needing repair or even worn. The bed was sooooo comfy! We missed it the rest of our trip! The swinging bed by the pool was a lovely touch. We laid on it during a thunderstorm and lashing rain. It was so cozy!! The staff were extremely nice and the location is perfect - shops, cafes and massages right across the street! Only a 10 min walk to gorgeous Kata Beach!
