The check in, service and staff are amazing. The view is unbelievable and the rooms are just great. Breakfast is really good as well. You get a lof of extras (to go): different types of (cold brew) coffee, the best Thai tea we’ve ever had, etc. The beach is very beautiful as well and you can use complementary snorkeling gear. Our baby received his own toiletries (including an animal toothbrush he loved!) en in room dining for him (<24 months) is also complementary. All in all great and definitely worth the price!

This property is the most amazing holiday resort , they have truly thought of everything. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you , the hotel had everything from a gym , bar , restaurant, complimentary use of beach bags , and transportation from the lobby to your room ! The swimming pool at Pacific Club Karon Beach Resort offers a 360-degree view of Karon Beach. Guests can relax in the spa bath and enjoy massages and body treatments at the spa. The hotel also provides a well-equipped gym. The resort was sparkling clean and I didn't spot a single bug or pest anywhere, which is surprising because they have a ton of greenery indoors. Moreover the lunch and dinner at the in-house restaurant was seriously fantastic and unique - especially the crab coconut curry which I've never had before.

I can go on and on about this hotel I loved it so much. The room made me feel like I was at home. My husband and I loved the lay out of it, endless space. We loved the his and her sinks and double shower heads. The cherry on top was definitely the private pool in the room. I’m writing this review 2 weeks after our trip and it’s making me wish that I was still there. The perfect hotel for couples or even a solo trip if you want to unwind and reset. The staff was amazing, everyone was so sweet, so helpful. We had A dinner at the kissing point which was to die for. The best experience of our lives. I’m so glad that I chose this resort as our temporary home for my husband’s 40th birthday!

Staff were warm and welcoming, food was delicious (we tried all the different restaurants during our stay). The hotel offers loads of optional activities for adults and kids alike, most of them are free and a few with an additional charge to participate. At the beach, there’s snorkeling, kayaking and stand up paddle board available during high tide, and a daily reef walk during low tide where you can see various sea creatures in the shallow pools of water. A very memorable holiday and we’ll definitely be going back!

The ambience of the hotel is amazing, felt like being in a very authentic temple. no street noise and hectic beaches. very peaceful and beautiful place. a lot of greenery and water combined together to create this magic environment. very beautiful rooms with comfortable bed, no noise from the street, perfect cool air, no loud AC, big bathroom, fantastic room service, drinking water in glass bottles, beach towels. a lot of areas for schilling in the shadow away from city noise and heat. i loved the swimming pools across entire area, some rooms have access to the pool from the terrace. nice selection of healthy options for the breakfast, SPA center and cool waiting room. very well maintained premises, area is very clean and pleasant to be there. very beautiful landscape design giving the feeling of being in the magical space.

Veranda Resort Phuket, Autograph Collection offers a hot tub. The area is popular for snorkelling and canoeing, and car hire is available at this 5-star hotel. View was amazing. Pool room access was perfect. Breakfast was delicious
