The beautiful upgrade was a very nice gesture . Close to a lot of shops &cafes, but still quite with nice views on the lake and mountains. Tunisia mall is near. Easy to reach old Medina, sidibousaid, & Carthage . Comfortable bathrooms. Friendly staff everyone especially Aziz,Isam.

Super friendly staff starting from security to the bell boy and the receptionists staff. They were genuinely kind. Big rooms in the middle of the city near all landmarks.
