The thermal spa and facilities were exceptional! Couldn't believe the multiple saunas, thermal pool, cold tub, indoor and outdoor pool and gym on offer... all for free/included in the room price! Used the hairdresser on-site before a wedding, and had great results. Staff were helpful and made us feel like we were in great hands. We'll be back!

The staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful and greeted you with a big smile. Big shout out to all the staff from those on reception, the restaurant staff and the cleaners… they were all great and went out of their way to ensure you had a wonderful stay. The location of the property was excellent. A short walk to the Main Street but far enough away to not hear any noise. Onsite the hotel has two fabulous pools so that you can cool off and relax with an ice cold drink Hotel can also organise a free shuttle return twice a day to the Blue Lagoon including free sun beds for the day… you just pay for your food and drink at the beach club they take you to… great value for a relaxing day out.

The hotel truly has everything you could ever need: a fantastic aqua park, a luna park for the little ones, and so many activities for all ages. On top of that, the staff’s behavior and service were outstanding — always friendly, helpful, and professional. Whatever you expect from a hotel, this place delivers it with first-class quality. They are super friendly, very attentive and are there for you for every single thing you might request. The hotel provide a parking which I loved! the area is super nice and every thing is by foot! the beach is literally two minutes walk. you just grab your towel and head there.
