Very tasty breakfasts! We were in an Italian restaurant - the service is great, the food is super! But on the last floor, the service was upset, unfortunately. But the food was still delicious. Thank you for your hard work and a great hotel!

Located in the new city center Nilüfer in Bursa, Crowne Plaza Bursa Convention Center & Thermal Spa has shopping malls such as Carrefour & Sur Yapı Marka AVM behind the hotel and a Gastro Dining Venue... All the staff members that we came in contact with were welcoming, warm and went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. The valet, concierge, front desk and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful. Very good experience. The breakfast was superb. We will definitely consider going back here based on the service and cleanliness.
