Facilities include a ski storage and ski pass vendor. + Staff , from the moment we stepped into the place, we were surprised by the friendliness of the staff. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was nice. The guest relation officer (Ms Mariam (?) ) was extra friendly and very professional. Mr. Brook (?) at the reception also very helpful. (I might be probably wrong with names) + Room - extra spacious with many amenities, there were nothing we could ask for more. comfortable bed. + Location : Next to Forum shopping mall, so many restaurants and food stalls, Tram station at walking distance + Value for money - Its a Raddisson Blu hotel, so its expensive, but worth every Lira we paid

This hotel is situated in the centre of Goreme and it offers a large sun terrace with panoramic views of UNESCO-listed fairy chimneys. It has fairy chimney and cave rooms. The hotel is located in the heart of Göreme city. All the must-visit locations in Cappadocia are very close and easily accessible. Mr. Omar helped us book the much-awaited hot air balloon trip, and they arranged everything perfectly for an amazing experience. The breakfast was amazing, I can still remember the live omelet prepared by the lady chef. The hotel also offers free parking, which was very convenient. In short, we enjoyed every second of our stay at Panoramic Cave Hotel.

Service was amazing, location was so close to everything, breakfast had so much to choose from and a spectacular view. Room was very nice and beds were really comfy. Reception went above and beyond to help us and our room was cleaned every day.
