Everyone (really everyone we simply passed by walking by) was so naturally friendly, helpful and always there to share a laughter.

Despite some previous reviews mentioning bugs, we didn’t encounter any issues at all—everything was clean and comfortable. The resort is located a bit away from the busy center of Nungwi, which we actually loved. It costs around $25 for a round-trip taxi to the town, but being slightly removed means you get to enjoy a peaceful, almost private stretch of beach with breathtaking views. The hotel itself is quite small—fewer than 20 rooms—which makes it feel intimate and personal. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the staff are truly exceptional. Every single person went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well cared for. If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic escape with outstanding hospitality, this place is a hidden gem!

It was a perfect get away for a person who stays busy. Great food, great workout facilities, wonderful rooms.

Speaking both English and Spanish, staff at the reception can help you plan your stay. Loved the energy of the place, it is a tuktuk ride away from Paje which is the part of the island I prefer. The staff was super attentive and helpful. The room itself had the perfect video of the water. I totally recommend this spot, and when I asked for a late check out they agreed right away. There is a restaurant inside the hotel that has fresh food and a great breakfast!
