The porters were particularly helpful and made both our arrival and departure seamless. The spa exceeded all my expectations. Booking an extra hour was effortless, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the facilities without any hassle. Each morning, the breakfast offered was very generous, featuring a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect, being close to the city center. This made it incredibly convenient to explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Grand Hotel's own Spa & Fitness centre offers saunas, swimming pool, hot tub, massage service and gym. Excellent service and perfect location near everything. The pool and spa are also very nice. Would recommend.

The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The staff is wonderful. The only thing I really didn't like was the very uncomfortable mattress. The bed was very hard; it felt like I was lying on a wooden plank.
