All staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The pool area is spotless and well maintained. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back.

Boasting 2 large swimming pools with thermal water, a hot tub and spa facilities, the hotel has air-conditioned rooms just 5 metres from Arapey hot springs. Very good price for what you get. I don't think I would stay again.

The pools - and especially the associated thermal water park/spa - were amazing. Unlike anything I've ever seen in any other part of the world. Really fun for the entire family. We all loved that part.
