I'm usually not too impressed with hotel buffets but Minh Boutique hit the mark, they had western food, vietnamese food, lots of fruit, yogurts, dessert etc. You could order Pho and other vietnamese dishes from the kitchen too. Best hotel breakfast I had while in Vietnam.
