Beautiful sky bar next to the infinity pool in 25th floor was the icing on the cake. £45 a night lived like kings and queens

First and foremost, the professionalism of the staff was beyond exceptional. Manager Sunny is great! Every crew member went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and well-informed throughout the journey. Our room was spacious, elegant, and equipped with everything we needed for a luxurious stay. Amazing food! It was absolutely delicious and plentiful. The activities like Kayaking through a stunning cave was such a good experience. From the accommodations to the food, the activities, and the exceptional service, the entire experience was truly 10 out of 10.

The rooms were clean and had beautiful view of the scenary. The food was amazing and the activities were very fun. What made this cruise so good was the excellent service we got from the staff members who made us feel welcome. We especially had an amazing time because of Bobby, his bubbly personality and excellent service he made our trip even more enjoyable and exciting. He made sure to honor our dietary wishes and recommend a good wine. We highly recommend this cruise to anybody that is looking for a relaxing cruise to enjoy the beauty of Ha Long Bay.

The cruise was absolutely fantastic — it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped on board, we were treated like royalty. Every detail was perfectly taken care of. We stayed one night and truly loved every moment. The excursions were amazing and flawlessly organized, and the scenery was simply breathtaking. The boat itself was beautiful and modern, the staff incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. We were a bit worried about crowds in Ha Long Bay, but the cruise took us to stunning, quieter spots. We highly recommend this experience to everyone!

Quản lý và hướng dẫn viên rất nhiệt tình, takecare và chu đáo với tất cả mọi người trong đoàn. Mình đi đoàn đông người nên có khá nhiều vấn đề phát sinh nhưng quản lý đã hỗ trợ giải quyết tất cả. First time i've rated a 10 but i loved staying here, the best guest house i've stayed so far. To swim in the pool surrounded by mountains was quite magical. It was a little like a resort than a homestay with an open feel, table tennis table, pool table, sea view(some rooms). My room was great, well equipped and the wifi for me was super fast. The family were so generous and helpful, i felt part of the family while i was there. I met some lovely guests here too. The location is away from the main road etc making it peaceful. Town is about 2.5kms from The Homestay though they do rent scooters(Tong Thu Beach next to town is lovely). I was a little nervous to stay at first because i read some bad reviews on google maps just before check in but thankfully, the claims in those reviews were not true at all. Overall fantastic, especially considering the very affordable price.
