Our stay experience in this hotel is excellent. The hotel is within walking distance from the old quarter but the surrounding area is quiet and feeling safe. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good, no complaints. The most impressive experience being the exceptional service quality from the staffs throughout our stay. Luna from the front desk being always cheerful and enthusiastic, helps us all along our stay with very thoughtful details. On the last day we have to leave very early and prepared to skip breakfast . Unexpectedly Luna packed a very good breakfast for us to eat in the airport. We are very happy about this. Overall we feel very satisfied with the hotel and will recommend to friends who will come to Ho Noi in the future.

Ekstremt søde uden at være påtrængende. Service niveauet er bestemt det vi kommer til at huske vores ophold for. Placeringen i det gamle kvarterer også helt perfekt, med gå afstand til det meste.

Amara Hanoi Hotel and Spa har en god beliggenhed i Hanoi. Dette overnatningssted med 4 stjerner er tæt på Thang Long Water Puppet Theater og Hoan Kiem-søen. Høj rengørings standard, høj service fra meget imødekomme og hjælpsomt personale, blev endda gratis opgraderet da vi checkede ind. Kan ikke finde noget at klage over, kan varmt anbefales!

The hotel was five stars, but their work - six, at least :) The rooms are decorated very beautifully, breakfasts are delicious, cleaning service spot on. We couldn't be happier with our stay in Eliana Signature.

Their hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. The hotel's interior is simply stunning—elegant, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every corner exudes taste and sophistication. The facilities, including the spa, were impeccably maintained, offering a spotless and luxurious atmosphere. Breakfast was a real treat—delicious, fresh, and full of variety. They speak good English too. They will even give recommendation where to get Nails and hair done. Location - very close to the Lake and everything. Lots of other restaurant nearby. Massage- super nice. got 3 full body massage during my stay. I ended up extending my stay and they gave me a room upgrade. Restaurant - aside from the normal buffet breakfast, they also serve Ala cart during breakfast for free. In room dining is excellent. The pan seared Salmon with Passion fruit is my favorite paired with the lava cake. I ordered it 3x during my stay. Definitely coming back to Hanoi and rebooking this hotel.
