Also I took airport pick up service from them It took about 2 hours to complete the long immigration and the driver waited without any disturbance. When I checked in there was someone at the reception, named Nguyen Phuong Thao. I have traveled to about 8 countries, but I have never met anyone as polite, friendly and helpful as her. She briefed me on each topic for about 10 minutes. My check out was at 6 am. She also packed breakfast for me. I will never forget the wonderful hospitality. I am impressed with the love, behavior of Vietnamese people, I will come again. ❤️

Loved our stay here! The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for us. The rooms were exceptionally clean and new. Amenities were great, shower was hot! Great location right in the old town. Very close to the popular “Beer Street”, which meant there was a lot to do nearby - we couldn’t hear any noise from our room at all so slept very well. We would definitely stay here again!

The hospitality of the people especially when they offered to provide packed breakfast to all of us since our flight was very early at 5AM. Some other hotels will never mind if their guest is hungry or not as they are in such under pressure because of the early trip. And the staff are extremely kind, welcoming and hospitable. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m in Hanoi.
