It was a quaint little boutique hôtel tucked in the busy street of Haon Kiem. Everything around the property was at walking distance and super convenient. The hôtel staff were extremely kind and helpful - providing us with a smooth early check-in. Henry at the front desk helped us with some recommandations for places to try and check out. All in all though we stayed for just one night - they even helped us arrange transport for our cruise and the opportunity to keep our bags while we waited to board our next flight. Manager Dinh Lee was extremely kind and helpful and was always available for any help or information

I would like to mention Michael and Brian at the reception were super amazing and accommodating. Michael helped us book tours to Ha Long Bay and Sapa at the last minute at an affordable cost. Since we booked tours through Ja Cosmo Hotel, Michael updated our room to a jumbo size family room at no extra cost :) Wi-Fi was good, rooms were clean, breakfast was decent and staff was friendly and accommodating. We will stay again at Ja Cosmo Hotel & Spa :)

The transfer service to Sapa, organized via them once arrived, was good as well. The room was big and clean.

The breakfast offers continental, American or Asian options. Ken and the staff were amazing. They helped in every way possible. I have stayed in numerous five stars and they out perform all the five-star hotels we stayed in. We will be staying in Grand Hotel Du Lac when we travel to Hanoi again.
