The spa amazing as well with the best quality of massage and individually adjusted to your needs! I had a small incident in the spa, my massage was not strong enough one day, the reception got informed at the same time and already next morning they made up to us with a voucher to the spa and asked for a stronger masseur to me! They even babysitted my 5 month baby so we could enjoy a relaxing couple massage! And they did it with smiles and happiness! The laundry service one of the best as well, I trusted my expensive dresses and I got almost my whole luggage laundered ready to be packed for my trip back home. I almost cried when I said goodbye to people there, we got a goodbye present as well from them! Amazing experience unforgettable and I will definitely come back soon. You made med love Vietnam even more and your service made me considering visiting your hotel as a rutine trip every single or every second year. I miss you guys! I love everything about hotel. The staff is purely amazing. We arrived in the early morning and they let us sleep few hours in room despite we had booking only for upcoming night. Room was very clean, bed was super comfy, the size of room was just enough for couple. The breakfast was delicious with many options to eat. Location of the hotel is great. We spent here only one last night in Vietnam but speaking of accommodation it was cherry on the top of the cake. If I ever travel to Vietnam again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m in Hanoi.
