Our stay at Le Premier was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The property itself is tastefully decorated and without exception, the staff are friendly and eager to please. We were received with tea as a welcome drink and refreshing towels. Lily in particular went above and beyond to assist us in planning transportation for our further travels across Vietnam. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the whole hotel was one of relaxation. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility in hectic Hanoi. Breakfast was delicious and consisted of high quality products. Rooms were cleaned immaculately. We have stayed at several hotels in Hanoi in the past, but we will definitely stay at Le Premier if we come back to Hanoi in the future.

Location a very short walk from the center of activity. Amazing staff, who couldn’t do enough. Extremely helpful and friendly. Great breakfast to set you up for the day. WIFI was good at all times. Hotel stored our bags after check-out, at no extra cost. Very helpful with activity and restaurant suggestions. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb and delicious. Overall good hotel in the old quarters.

It was an excellent location, close to popular destination eateries, lake, shopping, etc. It was quiet inside the room despite proximity to buzzing streets. Breakfast had a custom menu with many items to select from. Very friendly & smiling staff, and they provided valuable information.

The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for us. The rooms were exceptionally clean and new. Amenities were great, shower was hot! Great location right in the old town. Very close to the popular “Beer Street”, which meant there was a lot to do nearby - we couldn’t hear any noise from our room at all so slept very well. We would definitely stay here again!
