They always tried their best to assist with everything. The room was very nice and comfortable. There's a small gym and a rooftop pool with an amazing view. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they didn’t make me wait. they gave me an available room right away, which I really appreciated. You can rent a motorbike directly at the hotel . I had a bus to another city, and they even checked with the bus company to confirm the time and made sure everything was arranged correctly.

Loved our bathroom and the view of the beach which they kindly upgraded us to. Every team member always greeted us and was always so helpful and polite, the service was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was also great! We enjoyed the free yoga class as well. We have been to Melia in Ho Tram and must say the Gran Melia is next level, really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a medical emergency on (a very late) arrival and they were super helpful getting us to a hospital, and checking up on us to make sure all was OK the next morning. For the whole week there, the staff were 1st class. The facilities are also amazing, especially for families.

Guests at Le's Cham Hotel can enjoy a buffet or an à la carte breakfast. Excellent value for money, we got this for a bargain price (not sure if it was an early offer) It was very clean, modern, breakfast was great. Asian style breakfast plus choice of eggs, cereal, waffles, fruit and cake. Pool was lovely, only 4 loungers but this wasn’t an issue for us. The guy on the beds at the beach was lovely and it was only a short walk. Great location for the beach and nightlife. We couldn’t get a late checkout but was able to use the beach sun beds and the pool until we were ready to leave at 6pm.
