The rooms were incredible and I've never slept in such a massive super king bed. The meals were really tasty and breakfast was always a morning highlight. It was the only hotel in Sapa where I did not feel cold at all (I stayed in 3 different hotels), thanks to the central heating, I guess. The staff were super nice and helpful, spoke good English, treated me like a princess (I am a solo traveller). If you have the money, stay at this hotel for your last day in Sapa (just stay in the hotel so you can get the most out of it after you're done exploring Sapa). It's totally worth the price, trust me. Greetings to the receptionist lady who wore the infinity-shaped necklace and the bell guy with cute dimples who helped me take my luggage and brought me more bottles of water. Love it!!

They allowed us to store our luggage while we went on a two day trek, and on the day of our check out my partner was not feeling well, so they extended our check out to 12:00 free of charge. They were also welcoming of him spending the day sat in the cozy lobby, and even brought him a hot tea. The staff really made the experience, however, the hotel is also in a great location close to the center, yet quiet at night so no problem getting a good night sleep. The rooms themselves are nicely furnished and the breakfast was limited in range, but tasty nonetheless. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Sapa.
