When we accidentally left behind a valuable item, they didn’t just find it, they personally ensured it was returned to us safely. Truly remarkable service. Location? You can’t beat it. Right in the heart of Sunset Town, directly across from the cable car, everything is just a short walk away. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully clean, and brand new. The Japanese-inspired design is elegant, peaceful, and perfectly executed in every detail. What more could you ask for? Amazing staff, unbeatable location, stunning design, and perfect hospitality. Despite me being a pescatarian, I was able to enjoy many different breakfast options that were both delicious and nutritious. They have bycicles and motorbikes for rent. Cleanliness was above the average in this area. There are many places to eat lunch and dinner less than 5 minutes away walking from the homestay.
