Nothing was too much trouble and they go above and beyond to make a truly memorable experience when visiting their bungalows. The rooms are a delight and to say they are clean is an understatement, they are immaculate!! Tuấn is a fountain of local knowledge and will not hesitate to help you and every other guest that he has ( which is a lot!! ) I don’t know where he gets his energy from! if we I ever visit tam coc again this is the only place that I will be staying and I can assure anyone reading that you will be making a huge mistake if you do not stay here. it was definitely a major highlight of our once in a lifetime trip through Vietnam.

The property is great value for money. The host is amazing and there are plenty of good restaurants closely. We were also so happy that we could rent two bikes with children’s seats directly at the property, really helpful for us with small children.

Helped us organise tours, facilitated an early checkout (even making sure breakfast was made fresh at 6:30am), and helped us organise a transfer to our next destination when our driver failed to show up. Breakfast was made to order and was very tasty. The location and the exterior of the building are beautiful, and it's not too far from the main attractions. Our cabin had everything we needed, except a fridge to keep drinks cold. Otherwise I was quite happy with the facilities. We didn't use them, but bikes are available for free as well, which would have been very convenient if we'd had more time.

The staff are really nice and willing to help with enthusiasm whenever we ask something. The place is very near Thung Nang, Tam Coc and Bich Dong pagoda. Bikes are free for use. Breakfast was ok, not many options but always fresh juice and fruits.
