The staff is the KINDEST people in the world. I got sick and they shared their medication and took care of me at their best. Their English was not the best but able to communicate. I got local restaurants and sightseeing from them too! The pool is clean and fresh/warm. The breakfast is also nice, pho and omelette is offered upon the request (free). It’s Vietnam, so the bugs and lizards are everywhere so don’t freak out when you find them. They keep the luggage and take shower even you check out. Two flip flops are prepared in your room and the AC, refrigerator, TV are all functioning.

That's a place for those who want to experience connection with nature of the island but with all comfort: the bungalows look very authentic both outside and inside but you have stable Internet connection, an electric pot, shower and tub etc. If you want to make photos with interesting sceneries, you'll have endless possibilities, there are many photo locations on the territory including the pool and the beach which look very romantic, especially during the sunset. For lunch you can order food at the pool bar or the beach bar, the hotel restaurant opens at 17. Prices are high but the food is good and you'll find something for every taste. But the best part was that we enjoyed care and readiness to help from all the personnel during our stay. They bring you to your place with a cart and help you with your luggage. Once I left my earrings at the previous bungalow (we changed bungalows 2 times during our stay - not due to any problems, that's how we booked), realized that only some hours later and when I came to reception asking them whether anyone might take a look and search, the earrings had already waited for me with my luggage, wrapped in paper. And we also want to express our gratitude to all the stuff, and especially the reception worker Ocean, for their help when our flight was delayed and we needed to book a different one in the middle of the night, in a hurry and being in stress. They helped us to resolve the situation and everything worked out. Our warmest greetings to all the people who made our stay so pleasant and helped us out many times!

Magical sunsets and tranquil surroundings provided such a peaceful and restful holiday ambience .

We loved the peace and tranquility of this beautiful place. It was in the middle of nature and wasn’t crowded at all. The staff were so kind and hospitable, the sunsets from the pool were breathtaking and the value for money was fabulous. The food was good and affordable compared to other resorts. We would return in a heartbeat.

Excellent breakfast, astonishing landscape/location, helpful personnel, elegant and spacious apartments. One of the best exquisite experiences in Vietnam.

Our bungalow was on the seashore, pool was super clean and with the best views, great breakfast and very helpful and lovely staff. A real treasure of the island!

Mình đã đến và trải nghiệm dịch vụ tại đây. Cảm giác rất Nhật, hình ảnh hoa đào len lỏi trong toàn khách sạn. Phòng sạch sẽ, tinh dầu thơm nhẹ như mùi hoa anh đào, ban công view biển. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Phương, Vân rất tốt. Nhân viên nhà hàng cũng rất thân thiện. Đặc biệt nhất dịch vụ vé cáp treo miễn phí, xe tuktuk miễn phí (chi phí bình thường là 15,000VND/người khi đi đến 1 điểm tại thị trấn). Ở đây bạn sẽ tiết kiệm được rất nhiều tiền di chuyển và tiền vé vui chơi, rất khuyến khích.

Breakfast was good with lots of western and local options. Location was good. We had window facing the sea so we could watch fireworks and other shows from our windows. Hotel has free buggy services to town and other places. This can be arranged at the hotel reception. Special shoutout to all the staff who are extremely courteous and helpful. They will try and solve all your issues. And special mention for Mr. Lee who helped us a lot along the whole trip. Would like to stay here again upon next visit. Thank you.

The property is quite new and is a good 3-star hotel; clean, comfortable and well located, ( close to a French pastry shop and restaurants and the local night market ) and a short walk from the beautiful beach. The area was serene , safe and nicely maintained. Stephen and other staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a great little balcony with my room and a free breakfast with eggs. It was good value and I would stay here again. Also as much free filtered drinking water as you wanted! A bonus “green touch” that I really liked.
