Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible service provided by Ping and her assistant Trang at the reception. Ping, who worked every day during our stay, delivered the highest level of hospitality and attentiveness. She genuinely cared about our well-being, checked in on our experience, and provided valuable recommendations. Her English proficiency was the best I encountered among all the Vietnamese people I met during my trip to Phu Quoc, making communication effortless and pleasant. I truly hope that the hotel management recognizes and rewards Ping for her outstanding commitment to guest satisfaction—she sets a remarkable standard for customer service! Housekeeping was impeccable – our room was always spotless. The refrigerator and air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room itself was beautifully maintained, with everything in ideal condition. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. The outstanding service from Ping made our stay truly memorable! Thank you for an amazing experience!

First, the hotel staff members were so helpful and friendly. The room and resort were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not only high quality, but the variety was better than most resort hotels we have stayed at. The pool was perfect for swimming and lounging. Both the room service and poolside were excellent. Swimming in the sea was gentle and refreshing. The location was perfect for day trips to the north or the south of the island. We mentioned it was anniversary and they surprised us with thoughtful memories. (see photos)

This place is the most perfect little haven for escaping the hustle and bustle of the mainland cities. We stayed here for two nights after Ho Chi Minh, before heading on to Hanoi and couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were beyond polite and so happy to assist. It’s spread out well but with a small number of guests so is beautifully peaceful. The food is also 5 star and we thought reasonably priced despite other reviews.

The property is quite new and is a good 3-star hotel; clean, comfortable and well located, ( close to a French pastry shop and restaurants and the local night market ) and a short walk from the beautiful beach. The area was serene , safe and nicely maintained. Stephen and other staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a great little balcony with my room and a free breakfast with eggs. It was good value and I would stay here again. Also as much free filtered drinking water as you wanted! A bonus “green touch” that I really liked.
