This hotel made our Prishtina trip one to remember. I want to compliment the staff starting from the girls at the reception but also the waiters at breakfast were highly professional and attentive to every possible need. The cleanliness was amazing also and the location on the centre of the city close to everything was so helpful. The christmas decor of the hotel was the cherry on top. Will definitely return!

The hotel staff was a 10, the cleanliness in the room 10/10, the breakfast was exactly like at my mother's house in Kosovo, in the middle of the Christmas market I didn't even have to use Google Maps I got everywhere very quickly, tourist attractions 5 minutes maximum 10 minutes walk. thank you for the most beautiful vacation in Pristina ❤️❤️❤️🇽🇰

The hotel was located very close to Prishtina Mall, which has a huge selection of shops, lots to do but primarily for me it was ideal as I was able to bring my baby to soft play for the two days I stayed in the hotel. Rooms were very modern, hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Car broke down during the stay, the staff arrange to get the car fixed, picked up, fixed and dropped back to the hotel without any hassle. The breakfast had a huge selection of items, couldn’t have asked for more really. There was a nice courtyard out the front with a water feature which was relaxing if you wanted to have a coffee and relax.

I must say I have never had such a nice experience and hospitality with such a nice family that runs this wonderful hotel. They have such a cozy hotel with a pool, sauna and a nice view of Pristina.
