The hotel is new and luxurious, with an amazing swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing. The gym is incredibly modern, equipped with a wide variety of top-notch equipment, making it great for fitness enthusiasts. The food was delicious, offering a diverse menu with plenty of tasty options. While the general staff were okay, the customer relations staff truly stood out. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, even offering us complimentary tickets to a concert party hosted at the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The area is popular for cycling, and car hire is available at the resort. I reserved this hotel for one night and stayed for two nights. It is such a fabulous place to stay. All rooms are to the highest of standards and exceptionally clean. It has great food and drink at both the restaurant and beach bar. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you to Monica on reception when I experienced a flat tyre on my first morning. She contacted a local guy who attended the hotel within 15 minutes to replace the tyre. I highly recommend this hotel.

The apartment features an indoor pool with a pool bar, as well as a sauna and a 24-hour front desk. Apartment in Grand Sapphire Resort was the best choice for my family. We had full of rest and charge battery :) we could use all of pools outside and inside, gym and another tools. Crew was really professional and nice.

Host was very communicative and friendly. We had an issue with the air condition unit on a sunday morning and he responded immediately and dealt with it very quickly. Wonderful apartments - new, clean, spacious, with huge seaview balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped. AC and water boiler worked perfectly. We were provided bracelets to visit waterpark, pools, indoor pool, sauna and kids club for free during our stay. The complex has underground parking as well so it was comfortable for us to start our trips even when it was hot outside. Also there are 3 restaurants near the apartments where you could have fine breakfasts, dinners and lunches if you need. We enjoyed our stay very much!
