This Hotel gets a straight10/10 from me. I booked this getaway for my daughter's birthday and wanted a hotel that had spa services within the premises. This place exceeded my expectations. From great breakfast, to the friendly and helpful staff and amazing spa treatment that we received. This hotel really delivered. During our spa visit, they baby sitted my 2 year old for me as we received our massages. Definitely going back here again.

I liked how well the staff welcomed me they are so friendly and they showed me around the place . The place has absolutely everything, a kicthen restaurant, a bar, gym, jacuzzi, a beautiful blue swimming pool, q braai area, a kiddies play room, a nailbar and a massage room. They have steam rooms and even a sauna room. The breakfast they made was so delicious and tasty and the chef was just as friendly as the people at the service desk. I am definitely coming back to this place again soon.

The staff across all areas were amazing super friendly & attentive. The room was excellent, very spacious & comfortable with all requirements met. Lunches at the restaurant were excellent. The SPA is a must visit for a very soothing & relaxing full body massage.

The breakfast was delicious, well made and filling. I arrived in the later part of the morning but I still got my breakfast. The room was spacious and well made, an iron available for me to press my clothes, bed was very comfortable and loads of entertainment to relax with after my long day.

Nice and quiet place at the lake where you can see a lot of birds. In the morning or evening you can walk or run on the path along the lake. Breakfast was very good. There is a possibility to order massage and sauna. After a long day there is the possibility to have dinner in the hotel.

The location is exceptional, waterfront views while dining or relaxing at the patios. The room was very spacious, tranquil and had its own balcony - a good family unit.

There is a free shuttle bus provided from airport to hotel multiple times across the day. This made it easier for us and saved on Uber/taxi.
The spa is quite basic but the treatments are very very good value and me and my daughter received amazing, relaxing massages.
The food is very reasonably priced and to a good standard.
Beds are comfortable and large rooms.
As far as value for money goods, this is very good standard if staying a night or two during flight overlays.

The room was quite large with space to work and relax. The staff is very friendly and always happy to assist. The food was very good with plenty of options (buffet for breakfast and dinner). The property’s vibe is very africa orientated.

This property has the most beautiful garden, so tranquil and relaxing.The room was spacious and luxurious, shower was nice and big.Our room had a balcony and this was so relaxing to sit outside and just admire all the bird species in the garden, just amaizing.This do feel like your home away from home, and all the other guests were friendly and we all had lovely chats at breakfast outside with this view just captivating.Already booked our next stay.
