Everything! The family who runs the place are absolutely wonderful and friendly, the food was very tasty, the room sparkly clean and comfortable. It is a small perl just outsite of Korce with a wonderful atmosphere. I would definitely return to this hotel again and can highly recommend it for anyone.

I recently stayed at Hotel Kristal, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. A lovely hotel in a very strategic location.It takes just a few minutes walk to reach the old city of Korçë .The parking has a lot of space and you feel so safe in a busy city.They speak English ,you can pay by card.The room was little but so cosy and stylish with a nice terrace overlooking the mountains .The bathroom had all necessary toiletries and two towels as well.I found two extra warm blankets in the closet and the receptionist gave me an AC remote to make sure you keep warm in the room.Breakfast was included and it was more than sufficient.You may order coffee at the bar as well.The staff are very friendly and welcoming .The territory of the hotel is well-organised and comfortable.They also have an outdoor pool which you can use in summer.
