Nice hotel, next to the beach with private beach and free sunbeds. Julien, the receptionist is an extraordinary man, that gave us free room opgrade since the season was ending end the better room was available, and also gave us very good advices and recomandations. Also, the included breakfast was very good. We recomand. Thank you!

everything was fine.exactly like in the description and in the photos. Arben, the receptionist very helpful. Good communication. The lofts are very silent and just side the main entrance there is the best fresh fish restaurant we found in Vlore (must taste when staying at Arial lofts)

Well.. I can’t say a bad word about the hotel and our stay there. It was really great experience for our family. The suite we had - just like on photos, nothing missing, everything working properly, nothing broken. Breakfast really good. Location great - just cross the street and you are at the beach but anyway my daughter enjoyed the swimming pool more which was also great! 😊 It’s a calm area if you are looking for some nice family time with just a few restaurants and bars, everything within a walking distance. I’m a really neat person but I have to say - the hotel was really clean, nothing to complain about. The last but not the least - the service was just EXCEPTIONAL. A BIG SHOUTOUT to this amazing receptionist that just welcomed us with a smile every time and made sure our stay was just like we wanted it to be! I have never met a nicer person working in a hotel. ☺️
