Very nice, cozy and beautiful place to stay. In a very central location near to the old city. There are also a lot of shops with coffee, traditional breakfast,sweets, street food etc. We stay in a small room but very clean , with smart arrangement, beautiful decoration and nice view to the jakominiplatz . Very good mattress for quality sleep ( very important for us). So helpful and polite employees, open reception all day, and they are happy to explain everything. Thanks to all. We ll be glad to visit you again .

Hotel prices are quite high in Graz, but this hotel had a very good value for the price. Location is not in the city center but the distance is walkable from both the train station and the turistically interesting part of the city. Breakfast was excellent, many choices, and I liked that his hotel had a big breakfast area which was never crowded, it was easy to get a free table. Room was clean and staff was nice, overall we had a very nice stay.

The hotel is located in a silent area but close to the city center. My room was very comfortable with a private bathroom, a small kitchen with a microwave and kettle. A small minibar was also at my disposal during the whole time and was refilled whenever used. The staff was friendly and helpful every time and every staff member was speaking English very well.

During the past few years I regularly pass through Graz and see the city grow and change at a rapid pace. What always remains familiar is Hotel Kern Buam. Private parking and a friendly welcome provide a good first impression. A drink or a snack can be enjoyed on the small terrace. A clean and always perfect looking room with a good bed and a clean and well functioning bathroom. Quiet, small-scale with everything you can expect from an overnight stay along the highway.
