I was a bit worried after seeing other reviews, but everything was perfect. Friendly staff that spoke our language, nice and warm bedroom and bathroom, great breakfasts, dinners with a bit limited choice, but plenty of food and always at least one completely delicious option. Great location for skiing and in case you come by train, they can arrange a service to take you to the station (in case there is no skibus on the day of your departure). If you want to use sauna or anything else, you need to pay extra. I prefer this option - cheaper price for the night and payment for extras - from paying more for the night with all the extras included. I would say the staff went above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience.

we went for a sauna in the evening after the dinner we had had at the nearby chinese restaurant. the rooms can be made absolutely dark, next time we might do some physical exercise, too....

Superb room very comfortable beds with lovely view and very clean bathroom! Delicious and fresh breakfast, staff are friendly and helpful. Very quiet street ( we love that ) Location is 1 hour drive from Vienna so fantastic for short ski break. I would definitely recommend :)

Location just next to the ski slope, to the children's ski slope, ski rental and shop, and a billa supermarket. Perfect if you do not have a car and are with a small child. five minutes from the station with a taxi. Fantastic breakfast. Quiet. Clean. Decoration. Price. View to the ski slope. In sum, all perfect, we went there for the second time, and we were equally happy as we were the first time!

The Belvedere can be found in the centre of Semmering, only a few minutes' walk from the ski lifts.

Great place in Semmering, a beautiful area which used to be visited by Freud himself. The staff were kind enough to let me check in before the official check in time. The breakfast is fantastic, they will cook your eggs according to your wishes. The room is a bit old-fashioned but good quality and, at least in my case, with a wonderful view. Great bathroom. The sauna and spa were open the whole day and night. All in all, one of the best places I ever stayed in
