I was a bit worried after seeing other reviews, but everything was perfect. Friendly staff that spoke our language, nice and warm bedroom and bathroom, great breakfasts, dinners with a bit limited choice, but plenty of food and always at least one completely delicious option. Great location for skiing and in case you come by train, they can arrange a service to take you to the station (in case there is no skibus on the day of your departure). If you want to use sauna or anything else, you need to pay extra. I prefer this option - cheaper price for the night and payment for extras - from paying more for the night with all the extras included. I would say the staff went above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience.

A very nice hotel in a quiet and beautiful environment. The apartment is nicely and sufficiently furnished, the bonus is the balcony and nice view on the church and surroundings. Friendly staff was very helpful, dinner and breakfast were very tasty. We would like to return.

We stayed in one of the new rooms. The room was very big, big bathroom, big balcony, modern with very comfortable beds and sofa. Food was delicious. Dog friendly hotel. We especially enjoyed the late check out (we left about 4pm). I also enjoyed the facial treatment and pedicure with Mrs. Rita and the massage with Mrs. Verena (not sure if spelled correctly). Great place to chill out.

The hotel is run by a very lovely family who makes you feel very welcome from the check-in onwards. The breakfast was very rich and we didn’t miss anything. Dinner was great too. As for the room - it was spacious, clean and modern looking with plenty of space to stow all your clothes and items away. There’s even a small kettle to make tea after a long day on the skis.

Great place in Semmering, a beautiful area which used to be visited by Freud himself. The staff were kind enough to let me check in before the official check in time. The breakfast is fantastic, they will cook your eggs according to your wishes. The room is a bit old-fashioned but good quality and, at least in my case, with a wonderful view. Great bathroom. The sauna and spa were open the whole day and night. All in all, one of the best places I ever stayed in
