Staff, all friendly, polite, professional in all areas of the hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, great value for money. Walking distance of town centre and the train station. Breakfast, there was a great selection. They really had everything covered. Fresh fruit, cooked goods, ceral, breads, cheese, meats etc. Great selection of teas. All very tasty..

We love this hotel. Only a 15 min walk from the station and about a 10-15 min walk into the centre of town. Really peaceful and quiet location, comfortable rooms and foyer/lounge area and an excellent choice of food at breakfast time. The staffs are also very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel, the staff are lovely and very accommodating to your needs. Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk to the centre of everything We would highly recommend the Black Swan hotel and we will definitely be back again.
